Tim Schnellenberger: Founder/Owner
In March of 2003 Tim Schnellenberger opened Healing Properties as a transitional living facility with a humble five beds and a solid commitment to the principles of recovery. Under Tim's active guidance and participation in every dimension of his company, Healing Properties has blossomed into a nationally recognized and respected sober living facility with the capacity to help over eighty-one residents at a time. Coupling his love for real estate and his own sobriety, Tim’s path has taken him and Healing Properties in directions he never could have foreseen. In this journey, Tim has maintained his steadfast commitment to providing the absolute best in facilities, staff and guiding principles for a sober living community. The reputation that he has built for himself personally as well as Healing Properties as a whole speaks volumes for the successes he has achieved. Healing Properties is the culmination of Tim’s creative vision and passion for sobriety; the testimony to his success lies in the hundreds of sober men and women who have left Healing Properties to lead successful, sober lives.
Brian Zarmanian: Male Supervisor
As an alumnus of Healing Properties and a well-known leader in the sober community in Delray Beach, Brian is perfectly suited to act as primary source of support and guidance for men at Healing Properties. As the newest addition to the team, Brian has invigorated Healing Properties with an unwavering commitment to providing the best possible support to the male tenants. When Brian moved from Philadelphia to Southeast Florida he found himself in the same position as many of our clients. Ravaged by drug addiction he had two choices; one was to continue on the path of destruction and the other was to accept help and guidance, thankfully for so many that he has helped, he chose the path of sobriety. After completing a long-term treatment center in Boca Raton, Brian followed all the steps necessary to stay sober and upon a foundation of the 12-steps he has helped many men in their journeys of recovery. At 31 he has the ability to speak to men across age, socioeconomic position and station in life. Healing Properties is honored to provide an arena in which Brian can apply is talents and experience them come to fruition.
Nicole Strazi: Female Supervisor
As an alumna of Healing Properties and a powerful woman in the sober community, Nicole embodies the principles embraced by Healing Properties and has a gift for transmitting this way of life to other women. Nicole’s steady leadership over the past year has witnessed countless successes, and her work has continued to push the standard of excellence higher at Healing Properties and for halfway houses in general. So devoted to the work of helping others, Nicole has recently decided to go back to school to pursue a degree in social work such that she can continue to enrich herself and the lives of others through the work that she is doing. In her own journey of recovery, Nicole came to Healing Properties from Lakeview Health Systems and, since the day she arrived in Delray Beach, she has unwaveringly sought her sobriety through her own work in the 12-steps as well as the work she does at Healing Properties. Nicole’s serenity and sense of calm pervades her and makes her the perfect confidant for women struggling in early sobriety. Once again, it is the privilege of Healing Properties to have such a committed woman under its employ.
Francesca Campbell: Marketing Director
Francesca graduated from Healing Properties in December of 2005 and went on to accept the position of female property manager in March of 2006. She worked in this capacity until May of 2007 when she made the decision to finish her B.S. in Political Science and English. Not quite ready to let her go, Tim offered her a position as Marketing Director. In her capacity, Francesca has excelled in the last year handling all mailings and communications with treatment centers. Francesca’s history with the treatment centers with whom she had worked as female property manager as well as her passion for Healing Properties as a whole, enables her to speak of the program Healing Properties offers with deep knowledge, commitment and zeal!
