Tim Schnellenberger: Founder/Owner/Operator
In March of 2002 Tim Schnellenberger opened Healing Properties as a transitional living facility with a humble five beds and a solid commitment to the principles of recovery. Under Tim's active guidance and participation in every dimension of his company, Healing Properties has blossomed into a nationally recognized and respected sober living facility with the capacity to help over eighty-one residents at a time. Coupling his love for real estate and his own sobriety, Tim’s path has taken him and Healing Properties in directions he never could have foreseen. In this journey, Tim has maintained his steadfast commitment to providing the absolute best in facilities, staff and guiding principles for a sober living community. The reputation that he has built for himself personally as well as Healing Properties as a whole speaks volumes for the successes he has achieved. Healing Properties is the culmination of Tim’s creative vision and passion for sobriety; the testimony to his success lies in the hundreds of sober men and women who have left Healing Properties to lead successful, sober lives.
Maria Bianchetti: Female Supervisor/Admissions Coordinator
Maria is the newest addition to Healing Properties. She was first introduced to HP back in February 2006, after finishing up a short stay at a local treatment center; she solidified her sobriety as a resident. Over the past four years she has become the mother she had always wanted to be to her 8 year old daughter and a powerful female force in the Delray Beach Recovery community. She has spent the last three years working as the liaison to a business and employee assessment company. Now, wanting to give back to the place that gave her the jump-start in her recovery, she is the Female Property Manager and handles all admissions. At 31, speaking three languages and being a mother, Maria’s life experiences are invaluable to the girls on the properties and to all the other parents whom entrust their children to us.
David Miller: Male Supervisor
As a prominent member of the sober community in Delray Beach, David is a living testament that establishing a foundation in the 12-steps can result in living life happy, joyous and free. He is a primary source of support and guidance for the men of Healing Properties, he has shown a level of commitment that is unwaveringly consistent. David came to Southern Florida from Arkansas for treatment of his alcoholism and drug addiction and continued his stay here at Healing Properties. His candid honesty and strong presence has made him a prime example throughout his stay here, and is continuing to help many men with their recovery. At 32, he has an ability to effectively communicate with other men from every walk of life. Healing Properties is honored to have him as the newest addition to our team.
